Rental Conditions: To validate your reservation, a deposit is required:
- 50% of the amount
- any reservation request not confirmed after 48 hours will be canceled

Reservation and payment by check, credit card (visa, master), bank transfer, and cash

Cancellation:

If the cancellation of the stay takes place less than 15 days before the start date, a deduction of 70% of the total amount will be made.
- in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
- in case of cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay is due and invoiced.
- in case of early departure, the entire stay is due.

The cancellation request is only effective upon confirmation email from Aube Safran.
Any early departure will be charged in full.
